HugoBets payments for UK players: what goes in, what must be wagered and what comes out

Published Updated

Money at HugoBets moves in three steps. You deposit, you wager 100% of that deposit, and you withdraw at least €20 through the method you deposited with, with no HugoBets fee on the way out. Everything runs in euros, so pounds appear in brackets at the ECB rate of 12 October 2026 (1 euro = £0.84478); the rate is a reference rate, not the one your bank will apply.

The deposit tab: methods and fee rules

The deposit tab shows Mastercard, MiFinity, instant bank transfer, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Deutsche Bank, Revolut, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard and Pay with Crypto, along with wallet entries routed through payment providers. Deposits are processed promptly. HugoBets may set a minimum deposit, and the payment method itself may add a fee. Funds must be your own.

A 100 euro deposit followed from the cashier to the bank

Start with a first card deposit of €100 (about £84.48).

  1. With welcome stage one, the deposit is matched 100% (a bonus of €100) and comes with 50 free spins on Book of Dead. The match is wager-free, but the withdrawal rule is separate: 100% of the deposit must be wagered, which here means €100 of bets.
  2. While the bonus is active, no single bet or spin may exceed €5 (about £4.22). Reaching €100 of bets therefore takes at least 20 bets at the cap; smaller stakes need more bets.
  3. Once the €100 is wagered, you can request a withdrawal. It must be at least €20 and goes back to the card you used. Withdrawals are channelled only to accounts held by the player.
  4. HugoBets adds no fee. Your bank may charge its own, so a €20 withdrawal (about £16.90) could arrive smaller than you expect.

Without a bonus the sums are simpler: €100 in, €100 wagered, then any amount from €20 up to the monthly ceiling out. If you withdraw real funds while a non-sticky bonus balance is open, the bonus balance is forfeited.

When a withdrawal waits or is refused

A request below €20 (about £16.90) will not qualify at all, so check the amount before you submit. Beyond that, a withdrawal can wait for identity verification, and extra checks may be applied as deemed necessary before it is processed. It can also stall if the deposit is not yet wagered or if the destination is not the method you paid with. A Friday reload is only available when no withdrawal is pending, and cashback cannot be collected while an active bonus is being wagered. The crypto bonus has its own condition: its 40x wagering must be complete before you withdraw, or the bonus and its winnings are forfeited.

Settlement and alternatives

After a withdrawal is approved, your bank, card scheme or wallet adds its own settlement time, so follow the account you withdraw to rather than counting days on the casino side. Withdrawals normally go back through the deposit method unless HugoBets decides otherwise, so if the original method cannot take the money back, ask customer support through live chat or email before you request the withdrawal. For a first deposit, an e-wallet, instant bank transfer or crypto are the other routes on the tab.
